Question:
Torsion axel on a 24 ATC trailer I have a 2012 24foot ATC enclosed car hauler with 2 6000lb axels. I have 50 - 60k miles on the trailer. The forward tire on the street side is wearing badly on the inside. From your site it sounds like the spindle is bent on that wheel , I havent pulled it yet. Can I buy another part or do I need to buy a complete axel?

If just the spindle is bent, we have the #42 Spindle for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 2-1/4" Diameter # TRU57FR as a replacement. If you have more than a bent spindle then the other option is to replace your entire axle.
Because you don't have the hangers and leaf springs for a thru-axle replacement, the best option we have is to replace your axle with the slightly higher capacity Timbren Axle-less system. I recommend using the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01 which will use the same brake assemblies and Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 # 42866UC3-EZ. It will also utilize a 2 inch square bar (not included) to span between the assemblies and install in the integrated holes.
Let me know if you have further questions.
