The best hitch in my opinion for your 2019 Honda Pilot is the etrailer.com, part # E98840. It's a completely hidden crosstube and the least visible hitch that fits your Pilot. The picture I attached shows how you only see the receiver tube and safety chain loops under your rear bumper. I've also linked the install details and a video of the installation.
