Can I use just the front Torklift camper tie downs for a lighter1200# slide in camper?

TorkLift and etrailer cannot actually recommend using only front tie downs on any slide-in camper, even if it is a very light one.
Sure, you may have seen folks do this and they may have had no issues at all. But in the worst-case scenario where you have an incident and there is damage or injury to you or someone else, the absence of the rear tie-downs could make for some ugliness. I wish I could say go-for-it but I can't.
The front/rear tow down set # TLF2018 and # TLF3007 that you referenced fits the 6-1/2-foot bed version of your 2015 Ford F-150 without board or step underneath truck bed and without a hitch and the version without board or step underneath truck bed and WITH a factory installed hitch.
