The only axle option we have for a 4x6 foot trailer to get you the bolt pattern you desire is the Universal Fit Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System. This will not have springs, but will instead use Aeon Rubber suspension that is integrated in the assemblies. Then if you don't have a cross brace in the axle location you will need to use a 2 inch square tube (not included) in the integrated holes of the assemblies.
I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2000S02 and then you can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 # AKIHUB-655-35-EZ-K.
If you want to use electric brakes, you can use the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K along with brake assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA.
