Want to put Yakima Holdup bike carrier holds two 40# low-entry no cross bar Specialized ROLL bikes which are sit-up style bikes for us older folk. Will that work with 65075 2inch hitch?

Or you could use the Holdup part # Y02443 you mentioned as long as the wheelbase is less than 47-3/4 inches.
If you were instead looking for a rear mounted hitch you'd want the Draw Tite part # 75282.
