Question:
I have a Ford F-150 2011 and the trailer right turn/brake light barely comes on. Voltage on the truck plug is only 4 volts and already changed relay 38. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the relay for the trailer right turn/brake light circuit looks good on your 2011 Ford F-150 then the next thing to check is the ground on your F-150. Make sure that it is secure and connected to a clean, bare metal surface. It would also be good to check the wire for your right turn/brake to make sure it isn't bent or exposed anywhere. You can use 16 Gauge Wire # 16-1-1 and Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 to replace any parts that look bad.
I have attached pictures of both a 4-Way and a 7-Way for you to reference what pin this wire will be attached to.
