You responded to me that the bumpers are tough and a spare over rack would be fine. That sounds great but I need to attach a 2 bike rack on one side of the bumper and the spare on the other right away. that should be fine for now, correct. I will be looking into the product you suggested next month. thanks

Yes, you could install two of the Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe 2 Bike Rack for RV Bumpers # S80501 on the rear bumper of an RV as long as there was clearance for both racks and spare to fit next to each other. From a capacity point of view you'd be fine.
