Are these load rated to handle a Rooftop Tent, specifically the iKamper X-Cover I want to know how many crossbars it would require for a RTT to securely mount to the T-Slot setup on the Tonneau. Thank you.

The RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Trax Rails # RTT-80851 will pair nicely with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System # RRVA180B-RRRLT600, which features a 220 pound weight capacity.
You can absolutely use a roof top tent with this setup but you will want to go with one like the Yakima SkyRise # Y07437 that uses a ladder for additional support. This particular tent just requires that the crossbars have a minimum weight capacity of 165 pounds so it will work great for this application.
