I do have an option for you but the Surco Spare Tire 3-Bike Carrier part # BT300 is not a confirmed fit for your 2011 Toyota RAV4. Instead, I recommend using the Malone RunWay 3 Bike Rack part # MPG2148 which is a confirmed fit and will allow you to carry up to three bikes as well. The Malone RunWay attaches around the tire instead of through the lug studs so it will be much easier to take on and off the vehicle. The bike rack itself is also much easier to use as there are individual straps for each bike which means you don't have to remove an entire top plate to remove just one bike.
The only feature that the Surco Spare Tire 3-Bike Carrier has over the Malone RunWay 3 Bike Rack is that it comes with locks. However, you can add locks to the Malone RunWay 3 Bike Rack with the Malone LoopLocks Cable Lock part # MPG2168. Please note that if any of your bikes have an alternative frame you will also need to use the Malone Bike Adapter Bar part # MPG2165.
I have attached a review video of the bike rack for you.
