Question:
I purchased in december a hitch with you for a Hyundai Elantra 2017. I bought it for my new KUAT Transfer 2. I tight the pin enought for not loose the rack to the sides, it works perfectly. Not moves to the sides. But is some loose to up because there are a little gap and when I pass a bump it moves to up and down again. I have to slow down the speed a lot. Is there a thing or a sleeve that I can drop inside between the rack and hitch for eliminate that little gap that exists? Regards

I was able to look up your order number and it sounds like you are seeing more movement than you like in the vertical movement of the Kuat Transfer 2 # TS02B in your Draw Tite # 24939 hitch receiver. Because the pin is securing it to the sides, you may simply need to tighten that bolt a little more to also stabilize the vertical movement. If you have already tried that and are still left desiring more stability then I recommend adding an anti-wobble like the Gen-Y Anti-Rattle Clamp for 1-1/4" Hitch Receivers # 325-GH-013 to keep that bike rack shank from moving. This Gen-Y option is the only option that will fit between the shank and the inside of the receiver as you requested.
