Weigh Safe Adjustable Ball Mount Recommendation for 2018 Toyota Tundra with Lift

I have a 2018 tundra with a 4” front 2” rear loft level kit on it. My question is will a 4” hitch be enough or should I go with a 6”

For a new truck like your 2018 Toyota Tundra with a 2 inch lift at the rear most likely a 6 inch drop Weigh Safe Adjustable Ball Mount # WS6-2 would be the correct amount of drop. But that really depends on the height of the trailer you plan to tow as well as the height of the top of the coupler down to the ground currently.

I attached a link to a help article that covers how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount for you to check out as well.

What hitch height should be used for a 2014 Merc3des Sprinter, 24 Ft. Leisure Unity towing a Master Tow 3500 GAWR with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Current 2 ball top about 12 inches to top. Thankd

Based on hitch installs we've done on the 2014 Sprinter, it looks like its ground clearance measurement (to the top inside of the receiver) is around 17". This means you're looking at a ball mount with at least a 5" drop using the 12" coupler height you mentioned on the Master Tow. With this in mind, the Weigh Safe # WS6-2 that Jameson recommended above would actually work really well.
