Will SeaSucker Monkey Bars Fit 2015 Chevy Volt and 2016 Ford Flex

Question:

Can i use the same monkey bar system - suction cups and cross rails - on both my 2015 Chevy Volt and 2016 Ford Flex? Neither car has rails. I will be carrying a bike and/or a roof carrier.
