Do you drill holes into the plastic or does it mount to roof ? Have a Camco roof vent cover.

The Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28 referenced in your question is designed to mount inside a 14-1/4 inch x 14-1/4 inch opening through the roof using # 8 screws and sealant like what is included in our Installation Kit # CAM25013. These sheet metal screws will go through the existing holes in the vent's mounting flange and through the trailer's roof. You will need to drill through the roof for a proper attachment.
