The Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35-D comes with both the left hand and right hand assemblies so you just need to purchase one kit per axle.
If you are needing to replace one specific brake then the left hand is part # AKFBBRK-35L-D and the right hand is part # AKFBBRK-35R-D.
