The Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler with Multiple Threads # D15902 that you referenced is compatible with your 2015 Chevy Traverse as it comes with several oil filter thread fittings which one of will work on your Traverse with a 3.6 liter engine. The transmission cooler side is even more universal and would also easily fit.
