So I have this hitch, moving it to a F250, confirming I can use the 2 1/2inch to 2inch sleeve in my F250 receiver 2 with this hitch which will not change the strength or quality operation? Do I have to use a certain brand of sleeve. Thank You.

Hitch reducer sleeves are the only type of hitch adapter that does not compromise weight capacity or strength so you can use any brand of 2-1/2 to 2-inch reducer sleeve along with your 2-inch Fastway weight distribution shank. You can see them all on the linked page. I like the B&W # BWRHXA2182 because it has a flared opening that keeps it from going too far into your hitch tube.
If you do prefer to use a 2-1/2-inch shank you can choose from the Equal-I-zer models linked for you, such as # EQ90-02-4900.
