We can't recommend mixing pole tongue adapter brands and weight distribution system brands. The safest and best recommendation I can make is to use the Equal-i-zer pole tongue adapter part # EQ95-01-5950 you referenced with an Equal-i-zer system that's rated similarly to the Husky you mentioned. For that you'd want the part # EQ37120ET.
