Question:
I purchased this for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab since the page said it would fit. I failed to see that it says under it Without cargo management rails... has anyone gotten this to fit with the cargo management rails or has a work around as id rather not have to return this.

Unless you'd be willing to remove the cargo rail on the one side of the truck bed there isn't a way that we can recommend to install the Topline Bike Rack # UG2500 for your 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The most similar bike rack we have that does fit would be the Swagman Pick Up part # S64702.
