just picked up a vintage car trailer, installed the bandw noticed there cross holes even offset dont match with mine, still a a bit cocked, do i drill a new hole in my tube?

Normally drilling is not required when installing the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200. Typically this has the correct hole size and location for most trailer applications. But if you need to drill your trailer to give you the correct matching hole size for this you certainly could.
