The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88299 you asked about will not fit with any in bed hitch rails or gooseneck hitch because of the location of the brackets are not compatible. Instead, I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-610-54 which will be compatible and will give you the support you are seeking without any maintenance needed. The springs will compress as weight is added providing progressive load control reducing sag as well as body roll.
It sounds like you already have either the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider # RP30051 or the round tube slider # RP30075. Both of these use standard base rails. If you don't already have the rails, then you will want he Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50084-58 for your 2008 Tundra.
