Sounds like your dimensions are that of a BT8 spindle. The bearing surface diameters would need to be .99 inch and seal would be 1.24 inch. For a hub you'd then want the part # AKIHUB-440-2-2K which gives you a 4 lug hub that would fit your spindle.
