I reached out to Dexter and they no longer make that axle. I can confirm based on the bearing sizes you gave that you have a 3,500 lb capacity. If you determine you just want to replace the hub, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3 or # 84546UC3-EZ if you have the grease zerk integrated in the spindle.

Since we can't match the spring seat to spring seat dimensions if you want to replace your axle I recommend using the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. This will replace your axle and your suspension allowing custom lengths with assemblies that attach directly to the trailer frame. Then you will need a 2 inch square bar not included to span the assemblies using the integrated holes.

I definitely understand not wanting to replace an axle if it isn't broken. I can help with parts and a spindle that can be welded in place on your current axle, but the manufacturer doesn't make that specific axle any longer so I can't give you an exact fit replacement. I understand that would be ideal but unfortunately not a possibility.

The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # 84550BX are the correct fit as are the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 5 # 84556UC3 or EZ lube # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K.

For the spindle replacement you will use the EZ Lube Spindle # TRU74FR or the standard Spindle # TRU84FR. Installing a spindle does require precision so it is recommended to have a professional welder do the installation.
