Trailer Hitch and Trailer Wiring Compatible With 2019 Toyota RAV4  

Question:

I see that you have stated that the correct hitch for the 2019 RAV 4 Adventure is model DT82QR but I do not see anything about the wiring harness and such like. Please advise what that would be and availability and cost.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT82QR is the correct hitch fit for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 Adventure as is the Curt hitch # C13416 which isn't rated quite as strong but is an easier installation and will still surpass the capacity of your vehicle.

Then for your wiring harness there are a couple different options. The 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # C59496 requires using quick-splice connectors into your factory wiring. The other option is to use the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This kit allows you to capture the signals in your wires without splicing for no alteration to your factory wiring or warranty.
