The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24884 is a fit for your 2014 Hyundai Accent. You are correct that cars aren't really designed for heavy hauling, so you do need to stay within the capacities of your owner's manual and the products themselves. The 3 bolts you referenced are grade 5 and will secure the hitch at the rated capacities without issue.

This hitch is rated for 200 lbs tongue weight and up to 2,000 lbs towing but the manufacturer doesn't recommend towing with your vehicle but also outlines the acceptable weights based on passengers and cargo. If you choose to tow within the capacities, then you will also need the ball mount # 3592 and either 1-7/8 inch diameter ball # 19256 or 2 inch ball # 19258.

For trailer wiring, I recommend the direct fit Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118559 which will connect to your factory harness behind the rear trim on each side in your cargo area and draw power directly from the battery to protect your electronics from overdraw.
