Does Torklift StableLoad # TLA7310 Need to Use Same Amount of Plates on Front of Spring and Back
Question:
I noticed on my rear springs the gap on the side towards the front of the vehicle is quite narrow and dont believe 3 plates would fit. The rear has a larger gap and seems feasible for 3 plates. Can you install less plates on the front vs the rear stay only 2 on the front and 3 on the rear end of the spring?

Expert Reply:
When installing the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade with Quick-Disconnects # TLA7310 the important thing is that the kit allows the overload spring to engage properly with the rest of the spring pack. If you have to use a different amount of plates to allow that to happen that is fine.
