Could Relay of Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles Item # RM-88400 Get Damaged
Question:
Hey Guys , I bought kit above . Worked without a hitch until I broke peg on male connector at tow vehicle/jeep end where I connect RV wire. I Replaced with a lighted version Hopkins 48192 connector. Connected as usual to RV.Have good connection and power , fuse is good , power to the relay.. Jeep lights are otherwise good...but when connected No Lights ..no signals ....Could I have shorted relay somehow..

Yes, most likely you did damage the relay. The good news is it's a very common automotive type relay you could take to a local car parts store and they'd be able to get you set up with a low cost replacement.
