Yes, you can reinstall the driver side appearance panel on your 2017 Honda Odyssey with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75270. However, you will need to make a very small modification which can be viewed at around the 5:10 mark in the attached review video. I have attached a photo of this modification for you as well which is just simply elongating a bolt hole on the panel.
