If you have 3/4 inch thick D-rings on your 2003 Jeep Wrangler then you will want to use the Blue Ox Adapter Brackets # BX88357. These are directly compatible with your Blue Ox Aladdin Tow Bar and will work great to safely pull the vehicle behind an RV.

The Roadmaster D-Ring Adapters # RM-035 that you referenced will fit your Jeep with 3/4 inch D-rings but they are not compatible with Blue Ox Tow Bars so they won't work for your application.
