Question:
Your site says this will work on my 2018 raptor but i only have one stake post hole on each side rail back near the tailgate. Not sure how that would work, i think you need 3 on each side to fasten trac down.

The ladder rack does fit your truck. The base rails of the TracRac SR ladder rack kit part # TH43002XT-508 are designed to only attach in two places which matches your bed design. The front stake pocket and the rear stake pocket. I attached a picture of them and you and you can see the two holes on either end. If you don't see the front stake pocket it is most likely covered by a bed rail/stake pocket cover.
