I have a 2016 Keystone Cougar 313RLI fifth wheel trailer and am looking at the Lippert Solid Steps quad as an upgrade. My door width is 25 1/4 inches and from what I read I should be ordering part # 678024.

Yes, the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps part # LC791574 are correct for the 25-1/4" wide doorway on your 2016 Keystone Cougar 313RLI so long as your entry height is between 35" - 44". Once you measure the doorway width you will then need to round up to the nearest even measurement which in your case is 26".
