The best towing mirrors for your 2017 Honda Ridgeline are the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990. The reason that this mirror type will fit better is because it uses adjustable arms, clips, and straps to give you the best fit out there. I really like the dual-lens mirrors because it gives you more options to adjust for the perfect viewing angles while towing. I have attached a review video that you can reference.
Unfortunately there are no custom-fit options available so you will have to stick with universal fits like what I just referenced.
