The Replacement Dome Assembly # BV0534-00 that you referenced is just a replacement lid for a roof vent. It attaches to the hinge of a roof vent and to the operator arm which raises and lowers it.

For the entire assembly that uses this lid you'd want the part # V2110SP-24 which to install it you'd want the kit part # 344270KITW that comes with screws to attach it to your trailer roof and also sealant to make it water proof. I attached an install video for this kit that shows what it comes with and how it's used to install roof vents as well.
