Adapter to Use B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch in 2017 Ford F-350 With 5th Wheel Prep Package
Question:
I bought a patriot slider from you guys a few years ago for my short bed f-250 and it has been a great hitch.. love it. But I have just purchased a 2017 long bed F-350 that has the OEM prep package. So what can I do to use my old rail mounted hitch with the new truck with the prep package? I really don’t wanna have to spend the money to buy a new hitch.

You can absolutely use your B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 in your long bed 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the factory prep package.
All you need is the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30156, which mounts directly in the puck system of your F-350, like you see in the accompanying photo; your Patriot will then mount directly on the adapter.
