The Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070-74 will fit your 4Runner's roof bars as long as they are not larger than 3-1/4-inches wide and 1-1/4-inches tall. Also the bars' center to center spacing should fall into the range of 30" - 50" if you plan to use the included 18-inch extender. If the rack meets these requirements the Yakima carrier will be a great fit.
You might consider an accessory cargo net like # CS54FR to help secure your cargo items and also a step to make loading and unloading easier. We have several types of accessory step including the tire-mount # HE4040, the door mount # RL100660 and the free-standing folding step # TE97FR which you can place anywhere you need it.
