Recommended 4-Bike Rack and Hitch combination for 2016 Toyota Sienna for Adult and Kids Bikes

Question:

I am looking to install a hitch for a bike rack on my 2016 Toyota Sienna. I need to carry 4 bikes 2 abuts, 2 kids, and I think a platform type bike rack is preferred because 1 bike is step through frame. I also want to be able to fold the rack up when not I use. What hitch and rack would you recommend?
