Do I need to seal the roof of my traila or put some sealant in order to have no leaks before putting my AC?

No, it is not necessary to use sealant when installing the Advent Air Rooftop RV Air Conditioner # ACM135C on your trailer. This unit is designed so that is not necessary because it has a thick gasket that prevents water from leaking in.
