The Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier # DTA944-968-924 includes an easily removed universal rooftop crossbar that supports one end of the kayak while the included hitch load bar supports the other. The roof bar is adjustable and like the hitch support it comes off the vehicle easily when you're not transporting your kayak. If you plan to use two kayaks you can add a second foam block like the 24" Malone foam block # MGP172.

The Darby does not include tie-down straps so you'll want to add some for each kayak, such as # E98876-4, which is a set of four 13-foot straps.
