Question:
I was just reading someone else question and you recommended Lionshead tire but all I saw was the pic and description for Westgate. This is in reference to ST225/75 15 E type tires I am researching to replace on my own 10,000 34’ travel trailer. Currently using Mastertrack brand.

The Castle Rock ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # 274-000029 and the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # LHWL304 are both made by the same company, Lionshead. In short, Lionshead is the brand and Westlake/Castle Rock is the model. The main difference between these two is that the Castle Rock tire has a load range D (2,540 lbs) and the Westlake tire has a load range E (2,830 lbs) rating. The Westlake tire would give you more of a cushion for your 10,000 lb trailer so that is what I recommend you use. They both have the same 75 mph speed rating and five year warranty.
