Could SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box # SR7016 Fit on Roof of 2016 Acura MDX

Question:

1. Will this fit on a 2016 Acura MDX? 2. Also, is this roomy enough to carry a tent, x4 camping chairs and x4 sleeping bags?

As long as the crossbars on your 2016 Acura MDX are narrower than 3-1/4 inches and spaced at least 23-5/8 inches apart the SportRack Horizon part # SR7016 will fit and work well. This is a larger box that can carry up to 16 cubic feet of cargo space and overall measures 76" long x 32-3/4" wide x 14-11/16" tall. It really depends on the dimensions of your chairs and tent when stored but I'd assume this would fit all of that.

You could take all of the things you plan to store in the box and set them on the floor as close to each other as possible and then measure how much room it all takes up to get a ballpark. Keep in mind that the sleeping bags can compress.
