Will this go power 40A controller work with 2 battle born lithium batteries and 3 go power 100 watt solar panels?

Your Battle Born lithium batteries are the LiFePO4 style of battery so the solar panel charger kit you'd need is the Furrion part # FSCC60PWBBL which is rated for 50 amps and would work well with your Go Power 100 watt solar panels.
