Yes, the Thule Apex XT # TH9025XT will fit and is an excellent choice for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13354 on your 2010 Acura MDX. We actually have a review video of this bike rack on a 2016 Acura MDX that I have linked for you to check out.
Please note that if any of your bikes does not have a horizontal cross tube then the Adapter Bar # TH982XT might need to be used to help keep the bike level and promote ground clearance. I have attached a sample review video for this product as well.
