If your 2017 Subaru Crosstrek has an automatic transmission then no, it cannot be flat-towed with four wheels down. It must instead be towed on a trailer with all four wheels off the ground. However, if your 2017 Subaru Crosstrek has a manual transmission then yes, it can be flat-towed with four wheels down.
