The most versatile trailer hitch we offer that will work well on your 2019 Keystone Fusion will be the Curt part # 13703 as it fits frame widths of up to 72 inches and also fits all common frame sizes.

Then for a cargo carrier a fixed carrier would be the best option as the folding carriers have hinges which would be a weaker point. For that we have the Curt carrier part # C18152 which measures 24 by 60 inches and has a 500 lb capacity.
