Question:
Does this bike rack have a quick disconnect before the angle begins? At what height is it? I have a pop up camper and I’m trying to figure out if I can slide my front bed over this rack

I attached two pictures for the Lippert Jack-It part # LC429756 that you referenced. One that shows where the jack is designed for a quick disconnect and the other that shows all of the dimensions of the rack. Hopefully that's enough info to help you determine if you have the clearance you need.
