Yes, you can definitely accommodate 2 of the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103 with the Rola Sport Series Roof Rack with GTX Mounting System 59756 on your 2012 Honda Fit. Please note that depending on the size and handlebar locations of your bikes you may need to install the FrontLoaders so that one of your bikes is facing forwards and one is facing backawrds. This is completely acceptable and actually recommended by bike rack manufacturers when carrying multiple bikes.
The Rola roof rack comes with locks. If you want to add locks to your FrontLoader bike racks I recommend the Yakima Same Key System # Y07204 so that you only have to use 1 key that matches all 4 lock cores.
