Yes, we do have a direct replacement for your Carrier Air V Rooftop Air Conditioner, the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Carrier Setup part # ACCAR150 for white or part # ACCAR150B for black. These units are both 12-13/16" tall which is the shortest we offer for a rooftop air conditioner. They will use the same ceiling assembly and thermostat/remote that you have now which is why it is considered a direct replacement.

In regards to a wireless remote, if the unit you have now has one then the above will work with this but if you wanted to add one then you would need to change out the ceiling assembly and thermostat which would no longer be a direct replacement.

Based on my research, the Advent Air # ACCAR150 will work great to replace your existing Carrier model AC. This particular system includes a Carrier-specific adapter plug to allow for easy installation and a start capacitor to save power.

The above-mentioned Advent Air AC units, # ACCAR150 for white or part # ACCAR150B in black, will work great to replace your existing Carrier model. This will allow you to continue to use your current remote/thermostat.

@ChrisR Chris my unit says heat pump and this unit you say will work does not say heat pump anywhere I would like to keep the heat pump option so I don't have to burn the furnace unless it gets to cold. Can you tell me if that part number is the right part number also I would use the dark unit as mine is a dark unit and white would look bad.
