Trailer Hitch Extension for 2 Inch Hitch on 2019 Audi Q8

Question:

I have a new vehicle Audi Q8 with trailer ability factory installed. I tow a double jet ski and want to prevent the rear wheels from going in the salt water. I would use the device only on the ramp and not to tow on roads. I was hoping a 36 inch extension would allow me to accomplish that. What do you suggest?

I can certainly understand wanting to keep the wheels of your 2019 Audi Q8 out of the saltwater, and while there are hitch extenders that will add distance, there isn't a 36 inch extender that will work.

The longest hitch extender is 18 inches, and there are three available that will work with a 2 inch hitch: the Curt Extender # C45796, Reese Hitch Extender # RP11004 and Brophy Hitch Extender # HE18. To secure any of these extenders to your hitch you will also need the Pin and Clip # PC3 if you do not have one already.
