Since the total weight of your kayaks is 139.2 lbs and your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is rated for 150 lbs then you can definitely transport all 4 on your roof!
For your application I do recommend using the Rhino-Rack Nautic # RRS520 over the Thule Stacker # TH830 because it isn't as wide which will help with your crossbar space.
You can use the Rhino-Rack Anchor Straps # RRRBAS-2 for attachment points at your hood and hatch and then the Rhino-Rack Cam-Buckle Cinch Strap and Anchor Kit # RRRBAS-RTD55P-RTD45P to secure the 2 additional kayaks.
As far as load assist goes there are really only 2 options that you can use; the Thule Water Slide Non-Skid Loading Mat # TH854 and the Inno Kayak Lifter Load Assist # INA453. The Thule option is for rear loading applications where the Inno is for loading kayaks from the side of the vehicle. Please note that the Inno option weighs about 7 lbs so you will only be able to safely mount 1 to your roof rack unless you plan on removing one of them during travel.
