For your 2018 BMW X5 lower fascia trimming will be required to install either the Draw Tite part # 75600 or the EcoHitch part # 306-X7265 you referenced as well. Due to the design of the lower fascia on your vehicle there's no way to fit a hitch through it without trimming.
