Where Do The Shorter Arms for the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit Mount

Package shows four tubes the same length, however the other two are shorter. Where do the two shorter one mount?

The JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ Less Than 58" Between Landing Gear part # LC191024 has six arms, two of which are 3" shorter than the others whereas the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ 58" or More Between Landing Gear part # LC191023 has six arms which are all the same length. The shorter arms for the former kit will attach to the front two jacks, on the inside of the legs (see photo).
